Responsible for responding to immediate user support needs in regard to hardware and software installation and trouble-shooting, basic operating system and applications training, and network systems administration. In all functions ensures accuracy, appropriateness, and adherence to LCDF policies and standards.
High School Diploma or equivalent and two years experience working in public social services. Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
