Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Scribe is to work closely with the assigned physician or advanced practitioner to document encounters with patients in the Electronic Health Record for the purpose of having and accurate reflection of the visit and fulfill documentation requirements for reporting purposes. Must be intimately familiar with the lay out and function of the Electronic Health Record to achieve optimal documentation and reporting of data.

Job Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant. Electronic Heath Record training and facility. Understanding of Heath Center reporting requirements. One year of office experience (medical office preferred). Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
