Provides a broad range of family support (FSS) services to prenatal and inter-conception women and families with babies ages zero through three. Services include care coordination, health education, Inter-conception care/education, outreach, and home visiting. FSS is responsible for assessing needs, coordinating/monitoring and delivering a broad range of services.
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years experiences in early childhood (Credit may be given for educational degree, i.e., Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program), Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, must maintain a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
