Job Description:

Responsible for working within a large volume of calls related to patient care needs by scheduling appointments or otherwise directing member (patient) to the appropriate source/level of care; also taking messages, answering questions, and generally providing good customer service. Through these functions, provides support to daily operation of LCDF business office.


Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year’s experience in Behavioral Health; experience in appointment scheduling and/or significant background in public contact work, especially on telephone, is strongly preferred.
