Crisis Intervention and de-escalation, maintaining or establishing community stabilization, client support and/or supervision, behavior management training and assistance; provision and assistance in accessing appropriate community referrals.
Licensed Master's or higher degree in social work, psychology, or behavioral health related field (LMSW, LMHC, LAMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LISW, LPCC, Psychologist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatrist). Must be able to respond within 20 minutes of being informed of a crisis situation county-wide (Doña Ana). Must be at least 23 years of age. Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
