The PSR Team Lead receives clinical supervision by the site clinical director or their designee. Provides programmatic support and oversight which includes staff assignments, file compliance, staff support, CQI and general activities of the PSR programs in their area. Responsible for ensuring the effective provision of services and for the administrative supervision of the team.
As Instructor, provides education and guidance to members of the PSR Program. Encourages each member to fulfill their goals and functioning at their highest potential following a core set of principles and values. Instructs and teaches members by providing materials and knowledge on various aspects of treatment and topics of interest.
Bachelor's Degree or Registered Nurse or Two years of relevant work experience can be substituted for each year of education required beyond a high school degree or GED and Minimum of two (2) years of experienced working with individauls with SMI, SED, at risk SED, or co-occuring and Demonstrated supervisor experience. Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
