Job Description:

ACT/AOT Front Office Coordinator: receives incoming telephone calls, obtains caller’s name, and forwards call to appropriate person or takes a message. Greets visitors and customers and directs them to the appropriate office. Provides information and assistance to customers. Answers general queries for the public. Performs a variety of typing, data entry, scanning and other clerical duties. Receives and sorts incoming and outgoing mail.


Job Requirements:

Hold an Associate degree or has a minimum of two years of relevant experience with the target population. Must be 21 years or older. Good driving record is required. Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
