Job Description:

The TFC Child and Family Therapist provides intervention and treatment to children, adolescents, and their families based on the family needs and strengths. These services include but is not limited to crisis management, assessments, psycho-educational groups; individual therapy, and family therapy as needed.

Job Requirements:

A graduate degree from an accredited college or university program in the following fields: social work, clinical psychology, family studies, marriage and family therapy, guidance and counseling or another human-services related field. Must be licensed in the State of New Mexico: Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist, LISW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMHC or LMFT or LPC, LAT. Valid NM driver's license and current automobile insurance and must maintain a clean driving record.

Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment when needed. Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing and must not be on the federal debarred list. Bilingual (Spanish/English), Availability to work evening and weekend hours, Possession of First Aid and CPR certification , Physical Exam and Fingerprint Clearance, CPI Certification, Defensive Driving Certificate.
