Job Description:

The ACT Team Lead/RN provides programmatic support and oversight which includes staff assignments, file compliance, staff support, and medication support. Responsible for ensuring the effective provision of services and for the administrative supervision of the team. Provides services to adult mental health. Assists in developing, evaluating, and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services. Will be available to provide support when the ACT RN is not available.

Job Requirements:

Current New Mexico RN License; current CPR certification/training; ongoing maintenance of CEU’s . Valid NM driver's license and current automobile insurance and must maintain a clean driving record. Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment when needed and maintain a clean driving record and have availability to work evening and weekend hours, Must submit to LCDF required background check required to work with children to include fingerprint clearance, TB screen and drug testing and not be on the federal debarred list
