Job Description:

The Front Office Patient Service Representative provides front office support for the clinic, such as answering telephones; scheduling appointments; registering patients and guarantors, including collection and verification of demographic and insurance information; receiving and documenting patient payments; and appropriately directing patients and visitors either in person or on the telephone. Demonstrates a high level of Customer Service, Team Spirit, and Confidentiality.


Job Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent. One year of office experience (medical office preferred). Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
