Job Description:

Responds to questions about human resources issues, or refers questions to appropriate person. Starts and completes employment documents. Performs routine office or clerical support tasks according to established procedures including data entry. Follow set procedures and may exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year experience in similar position. Must have high attention to detail with high degree of organization.Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft Word, EXCELL spreadsheet program.Must be a self-initiating and adaptable with ability to communicate to a variety of staff members.Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
