Job Description:

TFC Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the program’s clinical care, as well as compliance to clinical expectations.


Job Requirements:

An individual providing supervision to the treatment coordinators possesses one of the following New Mexico Licenses: Physician (must be board certified in psychiatry or eligible to obtain such certifications), Registered Nurse with a master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing, A graduate degree from an accredits college or university program in the following fields: social work, clinical psychology, family studies, marriage and family therapy, guidance and counseling, or another human-services related field. And if is a placement supervisor, must have at least one year of experience providing social services in a licensed child placement agency or a state child welfare agency.Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist).Preferred have a minimum of one year supervisory experience.Comply with required minimum of 15 hours of training relevant to the position, per year.Valid NM driver’s license and currently automobile insurance and must maintain a clean driving record and Defensive Driving Certificate.
