Job Description:

Responsible for the successful management of LCDF’s medical risk management program. Works independently and with minimal supervision. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare delivery team in the performance of functions designed to identify, evaluate, prevent, and control the risk of injury to patients, staff, visitors, volunteers, and others and to reduce the risk of loss to the organization itself. Activities include the process of making and carrying out decisions that will prevent or minimize clinical, business, and operational risks.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in a related health or safety field. Three years of experience in a customer service related position.Valid NM driver’s license and current automobile insurance.Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment when needed. Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
