HIT Support Analyst

Job Description:

HIT support analyst responds to user support needs in regards to E.H.R. needs, trouble-shooting workflows that are best supported by current E.H.R. Responsible for data administration, analysis and management reporting from E.H.R. Assist with building of E.H.R. to facilitate efficiencies. Collaborates with users to understand reporting requirements and uses current E.H.R. and external reporting tools to create a variety a simple to complex reports. Manages reporting needs for the organization and any associated external agencies.


Job Requirements:

• Associates degree in Computer Science or related field and one year experience. • Knowledge in business management (preferred). • Previous experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (preferred).
