Job Description:

The IT Support Analyst responds to end-user requests for issue resolution, create and monitor support tickets and work to resolve problems quickly and accurately. Assist in various reporting functions, using both native eCW tools and external reporting tools. Must have excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills. Must have good verbal and written communication skills to interact directly with staff and vendors.


Job Requirements:

BA in Information Technology or Analytics and a minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support. Current NM driver's license and auto insurance. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with reasonable accommodation. Use personal vehicle in the course of employment. An individual with a potentially applicable background which differs from the above requisites may request a waiver (justified in writing) explaining the relevance if alternate knowledge, skills and abilities. Requisites may be waived at the Board of Directors’ discretion. Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
