Job Description:

Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and Quality support duties at a highly responsible and confidential nature to support the overall Administration, Quality and Chief Medical Officer’s mission as coordinated with the Director of Quality, CMO and under the supervision of the Executive Assistant. Facilitates internal and external communications, effectively maintaining, minutes, clinic CLIA licenses, effectively maintaining and tracking Medical, OB/GYN and Midwife Providers Monthly Schedules, extended hour schedule, on-call schedule and clinical licenses. Ensures Provider Microscopy Competency is scheduled, completed, and resulted. Assisting in meeting scheduling, preparation, on-site support, and taking minutes. Performs other functions to ensure the efficient daily operations of the Quality Management and Administration team.


Job Requirements:

Equivalent to a high school diploma PLUS four (4) years of experience performing advanced administrative support functions utilizing basic and specialized computer applications. Equivalent to an Associate Degree in Computer Technology, Pre-Business, or related field preferred. A combination of education, experience, and training may be applied. One to two years’ experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of the healthcare environment.Valid driver's license and Notary Public registration may be required or preferred. If applicable, position requires an acceptable driving record in accordance with LCDF policies. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
