Job Description:

The Behavioral Management Specialist is responsible providing direct services to those individuals on their caseload. In addition, behavior management specialist is responsible for referring clients to appropriate services.


Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diplomas or GED and training in providing BMS services. Prefer a Bachelor's degree in a human service field OR will have a demonstrated history of working with SEO children and families for at least two years.

Valid NM driver's license and current automobile insurance and must maintain a clean driving record.Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment, Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Availability to work evening and weekend hours, T.B. Test, physical exam, and drug testing; must comply with a criminal background check required to work with children to include Fingerprint Clearance.
