Job Description:

Provides direct primary care medical services to LCDF patients

Job Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine or Pediatrics. Completion of an accredited residency-training program in a primary care specialty. Licensed by the New Mexico Board of Medical Examiners to practice medicine or eligible for licensure. Board Certification in Pediatrics. DEA certification. New Mexico Board of Pharmacy certification. Must have current New Mexico driver’s license and current automobile insurance.Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with/without reasonable accommodation.Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment.
